What are the standard fees?
$5 one time processing fee.
2% interest per month
on 12 month loans (24% APR).
4% interest per month on 3 month loans (44% APR).
Monthly storage fee . (avg. storage rate is 2$ per month. Size and loan value affect storage rates, see associate for details)
How do I get my stuff back?
To redeem your loan and take out your goods, make a full payment of what you borrowed plus the fees. Bring your ticket and a copy of Government issued ID to McTamney's at 837 Danforth Avenue, Toronto.

What if I am late?
Overdue fees will apply on overdue contracts. An additional 2% interest per month and a late notice letter fee of $7 with also be added. A prep or restocking fee may apply if your item has been serviced or appraised for resale. Failure to make payment will result in a contract default and the item(s) will go out for sale.
What if I lost my contract?
If your contract is lost, contact us immediately.
A replacement will be issued to you at your next available visit. A lost ticket charge will apply. Please keep your contract in a safe place and have it ready to bring in when you take out your goods!
Can I get more time?
Get more time by renewing your loan contract. Pay the interest and storage fees that you owe to add more time to your contract. Get the time you need to make a full payment when you are ready.
Why did I receive a letter?
Letters are mailed as a reminder that your loan is past due. If you have received and late notice letter, make an online payment through our website or visit us immediately to make a payment. If you cannot make a payment, please contact us.
